Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V is an Android (v 2.3.4 Gingerbread) smart phone designed like a jewel. It works smart by giving you driving directions, recording 3D videos, streaming YouTube videos and by making a phone call.

It has large (3.7″) capacitive TFT touch screen, which can play HD TV in 3D.

Browse Web, Send Emails and Stay Connected

Xperia Neo V comes preloaded with tools to browse internet, send and receive emails and to stay connected to your friends and family over networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, Picassa, etc. For emailing, Sony Ericsson Neo V supports IMAP, POP3, SMTP and Microsoft Exchange. Well, you can also make video calls to family, friends and business with this Sony Ericsson 3G phone. It also comes with a YouTube player, which lets you watch videos without downloading them.

Since it is an Android phone, you can see tons of Google services including Gmail, Google Talk, Google Maps, etc built-in. These services are enough to stay in touch by sending emails or by making video calls. You can also get turn-by-turn driving directions. You can’t complain too much of Google in your phone.

Speed and Memory

The processor is a single core Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8255, which clocks a speed of 1000 MHz. It also comes with a memory of 512 MB RAM. The configurations are more than enough to support 3D Graphics hardware accelerator. It has a built in memory of 320 MB, which can be expanded up to 32 GB with a microSD or microSDHC memory card.

Connectivity

Sony Ericsson Xperia New V comes equipped with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and USB connectivity. Share the videos, documents and even internet connection with laptop or other devices with utmost ease.

Network Support

Xperia Neo V is a quad band (850, 900, 1800 and 1900) GSM phone, which can be used anywhere in the world where GSM network is available. When 3G network is not available, it accesses EDGE for data/internet use.

Cameras

The primary camera is a 5-megapixel camera, which allows you shoot snaps and record HD videos (1280×720 – 720p HD). It has in-built LED flash, which doubles as video light too. The secondary camera located on the front is a VGA camera (0.3 megapixels) is for video calling. You can also use the secondary camera as a makeshift mirror to final-check your makeup immediately before meeting your boyfriend at the restaurant.

Connect Xperia Neo V to a 3D TV to show the brilliant 3D videos you have taken from the birthday party, at the mountains, and on trekking trails. You can also connect to an HDTV to explore the videos, photos, just by using the remote control of your TV.

Entertainment

Enjoy your music and videos wherever you are. In addition to the music and video players, it also has an FM radio and YouTube player. When you don’t want to disturb others, you can push in the 3.5mm headphone jack to limit the sounds to your ears only.

Xperia Neo V comes equipped with GPS and location based services. Get driving directions right on your phone, wherever you are. Find the nearby restaurants, hotels, and other business places with ease. You can also geo-tag the photos you take. You will never forget where you have been when you shot that excellent sunset, beautiful restaurant or the cute little children going to school.
