SanDisk Intros Sansa Fuze+ (plus) MP3 Player

After a long break, SanDisk has announced the launch of new Mp3 player – Sansa Fuze+ (plus). The new Mp3 player features capacitive touchpad in a sleek form factor. This chic and compact device sports a QVGA LCD display of 2.4 inches, which renders sharp and deep image output of videos.

The Mp3 players sport a distinctive GUI, which operates in a manner more or less that of a film strip that offers an intuitive navigation experience. So, when you sweep your finger in the left & right direction on the screen, the Music, FM, Photos and Podcasts functions open up.

On sweeping the finger up and down, individual files can be opened, and double -tapping on touchpad also opens up individual files and categories.

Sansa Fuze+ (plus) too offers support for a good number of audio and video formats such as Mp3, WAV, WMA, AAC/M4A, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC, Secure WMA, Audible, Podcasts audio files, MPEG-4, WMV, H.264 and flip video. The supported image file formats are BMP, GIF, TIFF, PNG and JPEG.

Sansa Fuze+ (plus) shares compatibility with slotRadio cards by SanDisk and microSD card. So, users will not face any problem about storage of media and image files as these cards have ample space.

Sansa Fuze+ (plus) is powered by a battery that offers a playtime of 24 hours for audio files while you can continuously play video till 5 hours in the media player.

Besides, Sansa Fuze+ (plus) packs a microphone and offers continuous playback of FM radio. It is interesting to note that you can also record your favorite music in FM and record anything via the microphone.

The idea behind Sansa Fuze+ (plus) is to provide the users with a portable and affordable solution for audio and video playback, which is rich in features and yet very easy to use.

Users can also choose from Vibrant Red, Electric Blue, Classic Black and Elegant Purple models. Sansa Fuze+ (plus) is available in a range of capacities that subsume 4GB, 8GB and 16GB models.

These three models of Sansa Fuze+ (plus) will be available at $79, $89 and $119 for 4GB, 8GB and 16GB respectively.
