Samsung, after the huge success and popularity of its ST550 dual-view digicam, has now decided to launch two more dual-view models in this range, known as ST600 and ST100.Both the new models from the family of dual-view cameras have an upgraded front LCD screen, which is activated by a tap on the screen. The latest screen measures 1.8 inches in comparison to the prior 1.5 inches.

Larger LCD screen allows the users to view better & frame themselves properly in images and videos. That means that ST600 and ST100 will not leave any face hidden in your family photographs.

The two models also come with Schneider KREUZNACH lens which is supported by the Optical and digital image stabilization and allows users to create images blur-free images.

The ST600 also boasts of a 5x optical zoom along with wide-angle focal length of 27mm. On the other hand, the ST100 has the same 5x optical zoom, but 35mm focal length. This makes S100 the first dual-view digicam by Samsung to come in a chic design.

Both the cameras too feature Auto Scene recognition for still images and video recording. This feature analyzes the key composition attributes such as color, motion, brightness and subject of the image. Auto scene recognition also chooses appropriate scene mode, which is more likely to give the best results.

The front LCD screen of the camera provides some other additional features such as self-portrait mode, couple mode that enables the camera to capture the image of any two faces tilted towards each other, children’s setting that plays cartoon animation alongside sound effects so that kids and infants smile facing the camera (which they usually don’t do) and a self-timer that offers a visual countdown letting you smile at the correct time.

Yet another noteworthy feat in the front LCD screen is the Jump Shot mode that provides a visual queue to people facing the camera to jump together. As they do so, the camera takes three shots consecutively. This mode helps users freeze their subjects in mid-air, of course in the captured image. In addition, there is the Smart Gesture UI by Samsung that enables you to access key features with a tilt or hand gesture.

Both the models, ST600 & ST100, will hit the market in September with their respective price tag of around $349.99 and $329.99.
