Well, we have already had enough about the much-talked & highly-appreciated Nokia 97. This smart-phone has been the apple of every mobile phone buffs’ eyes. Since its launch in the market, others got afraid of their existence. The magic of N97 is and was so intense that the giants like Apple, Google, HTC and Samsung with the latest and greatest mobile handsets, have not been able to wipe out its memories.

Yes, of course, Apple’s iPhone is the phone that took the mobile phones’ market to different direction.

But now seeing the aggressive competition among these giants, Nokia also seems to have tightened its belt and is reported to come up with Nokia N98 a.k.a. Nokia N8, according to the grapevine, was recently captured in live images. If media reports are to be believed, the upcoming flagship is supposed to be operating on the newest open-source Symbian^3 software platform, and would be featuring a multi-touch display.

Though the upcoming mobile handset is still to be confirmed, some reliable sources have managed somehow to catch sight of its superb specs sheet. So, as expected by the market and if believed on recently-orbiting media reports, the Nokia N98 is reported to come in-built with a 12mp camera including Carl Zeiss optics, 4″ multi-touch display, HDMI-out, and additional features commonly found on the Nokia smartphones.

Different from the N97 and other previously-introduced Nokia’s smartphones, the N98 is said to come hugged with a full touchscreen form factor, sans of any hardware keyboard.

Besides, the reports also reveals that the latest and greatest smartphone will offer support for microSD memory cards, whilst for external accessibility, the company has uncouthly placed SIM card slot, which means that the users would not have to open the back cover.

The Nokia N98′s 12 megapixel sensor camera comes built-in with a Xenon flash and Carl Zeiss optics rather than the standard dual-LED flash module.

Nokia N98 has not been made so far official, but when it would come, the others will for sure be loosing grounds under them. But still, what is lotted, cannot be blotted. So, time would tell which the best one is and how long its existence is.
