Despite tough competitions from rivals in the oversaturated cell phone market, Nokia has tried to retain its hegemony by dishing out stunning Symbian devices. The latest Symbian phone from the workshop of the Finnish cell phone maker is Nokia C6. This new member of the Nokia C series is a messaging device, providing fast and easy access to social networking sites, emails and contacts.

Nokia C6 features
Running on the S60 5th Edition operating system, this upcoming Nokia device features a high definition touch screen as well as a slide out QWERTY keyboard. The near high-definition 3.2 inches resistive touch screen is equipped with ambient light sensors, accelerometer and proximity sensor. The home screen could be customized to feature apps, widgets and website bookmarks. You can personalize the home screen by altering the theme, icons and background. Shortcuts that provide instant access to emails, contacts and live updates from social network sites could be added on the home screen.

The integrated music player would play your favorite songs and music tracks. Playlists could be created by ripping CDs on compatible PCs. The music widget could be added on the home screen for directly accessing your audio files from the home screen.

Nokia C6 is equipped with a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash, 4x zoom, auto focus and video recorder. Photographs and videos captured with the Nokia C6 camera could be instantly uploaded on social networking sites. The built-in A-GPS antenna will facilitate geo tagging of pictures taken with the phone camera. The preloaded Ovi Maps and the free Nokia navigation software will guide Nokia C6 users to their destinations. This upcoming Nokia phone even features 200 MB internal storage space, microSD memory card slot for memory expansion up to 16GB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB 2.0 port for PC syncing, 3.5mm audio jack, 3G connectivity and browser.

Nokia C6 users could access a wide range of services and download games and apps from the Ovi Store. Audio files could be downloaded from the Ovi Music Store. The free Ovi Mail service will provide 1GB of storage space for stashing your emails and messages. Nokia N6 supports up to 10 email accounts including Hotmail, Yahoo and Gmail. The battery of the phone will support up to 7 hours of talk time and up to 17 days of standby time.
