Motorola Devour Comes At Verizon Wireless
Though in my earlier post at technotalks.com, I had already talked about the joint-venture between Motorola and Verizon Wireless to come up with the Motorola Devour in March, but then the highly-appreciated phone was slated to be shipped and hadn’t been priced. Now, if you are a subscriber of Verizon Wireless and have waited a lot to grab this smartphone, then your wait is over as the latest mobile handset is now ready to shine at Verizon Wireless network and has been price for $149.99 on a mail-in-rebate of $100.
Company’s second Android-based smartphone and Verizon Wireless’s first handset, the Motorola Devour is touted to offer Motoblur. This is an Android-based content delivery system, which allows personalization and customization of wireless mobile phones. The Motorola Devour comes further crammed with the applications, such as; YouTube, Gtalk Gmail, Google Maps accompanied by Google Search and Google Maps Navigation. And, the included universal inbox helps deliver SN messages, e-mails and texts for only single home screen widget to respond quickly.
Additionally, the handset has been integrated with a 3.1-in capacitive touchscreen as also a touch-sensitive navigation pad. The built-in feature of Google Maps Navigation allows users to make access to Gtalk, Gmail, YouTube, Google Maps and Google Search, while other apps can be downloaded from the Android market.
The latest and greatest handset also comes built-in with a distinctive Happenings widget, which helps create updating from SNS sites and the same updates are posted on the home screen. Besides, your phone is misplaced somewhere; you don’t need to get worried since the Motorola Devour comes built-in with the feature of GPS, which allows you to track it with a lot of ease. The Nationwide Talk plans are priced $39.99/month, whereas Nationwide Talk & Text plans have been priced $59.99/month. For smartphones, the plan can be availed at $29.99 for unlimited monthly access.
Users can obtain this phone in both, that is.; online or from the stores of Verizon Wireless Communications for $149.99 on $100 mail-in-rebate. This rebate would be given to users as a debit card that can later be used wherever debit cards are acceptable.
