The iPADock differs from many of the docking stations introduced earlier because of its connectivity features. With the capacity of taking up to two iPads, the iPADock surpasses the ability of the earlier-launched devices. At the same time, the iPADock is also capable of taking four iPhones. Users can try their mix-and-match ways and place an iPad along with two iPhones on the docking station.

Besides, you too can expect iPod Touch, iPod Classic or iPod Nano to fit into the docking station via the host ports. Just plug in these USB-based devices into the host ports and get them charged. The docking station is 2.7 inches length-wise, 5.5 inches breadth-wise and 7.5 inches height-wise.

In all, it can be said that iPADock is a comprehensive solution for all iDevices. Charging these many devices at the same time saves time and reduces use of energy substantially.

The iPADock features as many as seven USB ports to support all these devices. Out of these seven ports, four are for powering the devices. iPADock also comprises of slots for memory cards of all sorts like SD/SDHC/mini-SD/mini-SDHC/micro-SD/micro-SDHC. iPADock packs two extra ports to store the Camera Connection Kit that comes with iPad.

The iPADock is expected to be made available to the Japanese customers by September, 2010. This device will be priced at 5980 Yen (approximately $70). However, no one can surely say when the device is going to be available in the international market. The price factor seems to be alluring too as not many docking stations for Apple devices have been made available at such low price tag.
