HTC Sensation XE With Beats Audio Set To Release In October
Here’s a treat for the music lovers from HTC. HTC has rolled out HTC Sensation XE with an official Beats logo that claims to be the best ever music phone. Well, HTC Sensation XE is the same old HTC Sensation with Beats audio processing and a few upgrades here and there.
HTC Sensation XE Features
Beats Audio
The USP of the phone indeed is the audio minus which the phone does not have much of an appeal. HTC Sensation XE sports a dedicated profile of Beats Audio that works on audio manipulation technology. The package also includes Beats in-ear headphonesto render the real music quality. Users can switch between normal HTC audio and Beats Audio mode in a hassle free manner. As soon as the users insert the Beats headphones into the audio jack, the phone switches Beats Audio profile.
When the phone moves over to Beats profile, the screen displays a small icon at the top notifications bar. The icon is the key to enable the Beats profile or disable it. However, users cannot skip tracks. They will have to pause each track to go to main music player.
Beats audio is not only characterized by crisper sound but also higher bass – high enough to vibrate the ears. So, the high-bass quality might be annoying to the starters and will depend a great deal on what kind of music you like to listen to.Users can also switch to Beats audio mode while watching videos. This will surely give them a cinematic experience.
HTC Sensation XE Major Upgrades
One such upgrade is the new battery (1730mAh) which has been done keeping in mind the need for listening to music for long hours. So, if the original HTC Sensation became a headache for you asking for a recharge every now and then you can very well switch over to the HTC Sensation XE.
Another upgrade is the dual-core 1.5GHz processor which is indeed a great improvement over the 1GHz phones prevalent in the market till recently.
The design of HTC Sensation XE is quite an improvement over the HTC Sensation. Although HTC Sensation XE retains the shape and the aluminum back with stripes, it flaunts red accents coupled with darker chassis that totally carve out the phone’s edges prominently. In all, the new HTC Sensation XE looks elegant and classy and sets it apart from the many handsets meant for the youth.
Rumors also have that HTC Sensation XE will give the users a feel of upgraded HTC Sense 3.5 but nothing can be said in concrete terms until its launch. The rest is the same as the original HTC Sensation.
The new HTC Sensation XE does away with the stuttering browsing that was so integral to the HTC Sensation.

Price and Availability
In the UK market, HTC Sensation XE will be rolled out at £492 along with the monthly contract fee of £36. Although the base price does not make the phone expensive, the monthly rental may be a reason for headache.
Conclusion
HTC Sensation XE is definitely a better phone than the original HTC Sensation with better sound quality, dedicated Beats profile and some serious upgrades. Further HTC is rolling out all these upgraded features without a serious hike in price. So, HTC Sensation XE is the perfect choice if you are up to buying a new handset this season.
