The latest Vaio models come pre-installed with this software, which can be downloaded from Sony’s support website. The software requires Windows 7 to run properly.

In order to connect your laptop to the PS3, you’ll have to follow a few simple steps. First, switch on the PS3 & Vaio laptop. On the laptop, click on the Start Menu on the bottom at the right corner of the taskbar and go to the PS3 Tools folder.

Thereafter, click on the “Remote Keyboard with Playstation3” link to begin the program. Then press next in the application window & search for a PS3 or connect to a previously found PS3.

After selecting the PS3, click Next. The software will after that prompt for a pairing code. Now, on the PS3’s XMB Main Menu, navigate to Settings.
