Canon intros PIXMA AIO Photo Printers, Inkjet Model

Canon has recently released two more PIXMA photo AIO printers, the PIXMA MG5120 and PIXMA MP280 – and PIXMA iP4820 inkjet printer with high-definition movie print technology. The two printers bear the essence of the features of their predecessor with the addition of wireless capabilities. The PIXMA MG5120 & MP280 AIO printers allow the users to print, copy, and scan optimum quality documents. The affordably priced printers sport ChromaLife 100 and ink system. PIXMA MG5120 has up to 9600 x 2400 dpi color resolution, while PIXMA MP280 offers up to 4800 x 1200 dpi color resolutions.

Besides, the PIXMA MG5120 also features the same level of Media Handling options as its predecessor, PIXMA MG5220, did. This helps users reduce the consumption of paper. Thus, these printers hail the slogan of ‘Go Green’. PIXMA MG5120 printer can produce a 4” x 6” photo in just 39 seconds. However, the same high-quality borderless image can be produced in 43 seconds in PIXMA MP280 AIO printer.

Other than that, Canon has also introduced an inkjet printer, known PIXMA iP4820. This inkjet printer is especially designed for those consumers who desire an easy-to-use single function printer capable of producing high-quality output. This inkjet printer is quite cost-effective too.

There are five ink tanks individually working together with ChromaLife100 + ink system in this printer. This function allows the printer to produce 4” x 6” borderless picture with 9600 x 2400 dpi a color resolution in only 20 secs. With a tree conservation motto behind, the Auto Duplex print function and two-way paper feeds bring down paper usage. This facilities increase time management too.

Also, the Easy-PhotoPrintEx software allows the users to easily search for the images in Flicker. One can also use the images in Flicker. Moreover, users avail the option to print not only high-quality images but also albums, layouts, calendars as well as stickers from PCs directly without having to access internet. AutoPhoto Fix II, which corrects common image errors, has also been upgraded.

The wired AIO printers are cheaper than the wireless printers. Hence, PIXMA MG5120 is priced at $129.99; PIXMA MP280 comes at a price of around $69.99, whereas for the PIXMA iP4820, you will have to shell out $99.99.
